Nursing care with journaling
The package is for those who want safe and professional nursing care at home.
- 15 hours of nursing care divided into individual shifts of min. 3 t.
- Telephone consultation with a nurse
- Record keeping and documentation
Prerequisites for the offer
- Minimum 3 hour shift per time
- Consultations are held on weekdays between 09:00 and 14:00
- Settlement must take place between 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
- Settlement must be made within 30 days
- The roster is set for the entire period. Changes to the roster can be made by mutual agreement
- Prepayment is required
- No refunds for unused hours
- The package is personal and non-transferable
- The offer is only valid upon mutual signature of a client agreement
- The offer requires that there is sufficient capacity of nurses in the client's local area
- Offer does not apply to existing clients
Geographical delimitation - only applies in Greater Copenhagen
Clients outside the above area
Delivery of the service cannot be guaranteed outside the geographical coverage. However, you are very welcome to contact us to hear about the possibilities in your area.

Nursing & Physiotherapy at home
The package is for those who want nursing care and rehabilitation at home.
- 30 hours of nursing care divided into individual shifts of min. 3 t.
- Home consultation with a nurse
- Record keeping and documentation
- 1 home visit by physiotherapist (rehabilitation, duration 75 min)
- 2 subsequent training sessions at home (duration 45 minutes each)
Prerequisites for the offer
- Minimum 3 hour shift per time
- Consultations are held on weekdays between 09:00 and 14:00
- Nursing services must be provided between 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
- Physiotherapy must take place between 9am and 5pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Settlement must be made within 60 days
- The roster is set for the entire period. Changes to the roster can be made by mutual agreement
- Prepayment is required
- No refunds for unused hours
- The package is personal and non-transferable
- The offer is only valid upon mutual signature of a client agreement
- The offer requires sufficient capacity of nurses and physiotherapists in the client's local area

Weekdays - all day: DKK 650,- / hour
Weekends - all day: DKK 795,- / hour *
Holidays - all day: DKK 1.150,- / hour **
*Weekend rate starts Friday 16:00 until Monday 08:00 inclusive.
**Public holiday rate starts at 00:00 on the day to the following business day at 08:00

- New Year's Day (January 1st)
- Maundy Thursday
- Good Friday
- Easter Sunday
- 2nd Easter Sunday
- Ascension Day, Pentecost
- 2nd day of Pentecost
- Christmas Eve

Physiotherapist
Weekdays 08:00 - 18:00: DKK 850 / 45 min (first visit DKK 1,250 / 75 min)
Holidays 08:00 - 18:00: DKK 1,150
Subsidies from insurance and pension companies
In special cases, we encourage clients to investigate the possibility of subsidies from Sygesikring Danmark, insurance and pension companies or other related health insurances.
In this connection, Private Health can inform you that in the event of terminal care, Sygesikring Danmark provides an amount of approximately DKK 12,000. In order to receive this benefit, various declarations must be obtained from the doctor/hospital. Private Health is happy to assist in obtaining these. In all cases, we recommend that clients and/or relatives contact the relevant organizations for further information.

We come to your home so we can get a sense of your surroundings and talk more specifically about how we can best support you in your everyday life.

You'll have a dedicated team of nurses who follow you throughout the process. This gives you peace of mind and ensures that you don't have to start from scratch every time.

Once everything is in place, the process starts slowly and smoothly. We adapt to your rhythm and needs and make sure you get the help and support you need.
Economy and conditions
Prior to starting with a new client, we always hold an initial interview with you and/or your relatives. Here we clarify your care needs, which forms the basis for a future collaboration agreement with shift schedules and finances. Should your needs change, the agreement and the associated finances are adjusted accordingly.
Depending on the level of care needed, a permanent team of nurses is put together, all of whom must be approved by you before starting. You will receive regularly updated rosters so you always know who is coming to your home and when. Please note that we have a minimum limit of 3 hours per visit.

Patient safety and record keeping
At Private Health, we are approved by the Danish Patient Safety Authority with a 100% fulfillment of all points at review. To ensure patient safety and continuity of care, it is a legal requirement in Denmark that healthcare professionals keep records. On the Danish Patient Safety Authority's website, you can find the executive order on the rules for healthcare documentation.
At Private Health, our care is documented in our record system, developed to systematically collect the efforts and workflows of the care staff. All our instructions, guidelines and record system have been approved without remarks by the Danish Patient Safety Authority. The collected data is stored for 5 years according to legislation in the area. Our nursing documentation is carried out within scheduled shifts at home and is therefore included in the price.
