Private Nursing Care Package
We are currently offering a special introductory rate on nursing care for new clients. The price is lower, but the professionalism and care are the same as what our clients have come to expect from us. In our view, care is not just about treatment, but also, to a large extent, about creating a sense of security, trust, and dignity for our clients. That is why our values are rooted in the interplay between aesthetics, care, and professionalism.

Nursing with medical record keeping
This package is for those who want reliable and professional nursing care at home.
- 15 hours of nursing care divided into individual shifts of at least 3 hours each.
- Telephone Consultation with a Nurse

Terms and Conditions of the Offer
- A minimum of 3 hours per shift
- Appointments are held on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Settlement must take place between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- The settlement must take place within 30 days
- The work schedule is set for the entire period. Changes to the work schedule may be made by mutual agreement.
- Advance payment is required
- No refunds for unused hours
- The package is personal and non-transferable
- This offer is valid only upon mutual signing of a client agreement
- This offer is contingent upon there being sufficient nursing staff in the client's local area
- This offer does not apply to existing clients

Nurses
- Weekday daily rate (8:00 a.m. to midnight): DKK 675 per hour
- Weekday nighttime rate (12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.): 745 DKK per hour
- Weekend daytime rate (8:00 a.m. to midnight): DKK 795 per hour*
- Weekend nighttime rate (12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.): DKK 895 per hour*
- Holiday Rate (12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.): DKK 1,150 per hour**
- Holiday rate on December 24 (from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. the following day): 1,350 / hour**
- Holiday Rate on 12/31 (from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. the following day): 1,350 / hour**
- The minimum shift length for nurses is 3 hours during the day and 8 hours at night (midnight–8 a.m.).
*The weekend rate applies from Friday at 4:00 p.m. through Monday at 8:00 a.m.
**The holiday rate applies from 12:00 a.m. on the holiday until 8:00 a.m. on the following business day**

- Easter Sunday

- 2. Pentecost
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Eve (December 31).
Physical Therapist
- Weekdays, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.: DKK 850 / 45 min (first visit: DKK 1,250 / 75 min).
Contributions from insurance and pension companies
We encourage clients, in special cases, to explore the possibility of receiving financial assistance from Sygesikring Danmark, insurance and pension companies, or other related health insurance providers.
In this regard, Private Health would like to note that Sygesikring Danmark provides a payment of approximately 12,000 DKK in cases of end-of-life care. To receive this benefit, various medical certificates from a doctor or hospital must be obtained. Private Health is happy to assist in obtaining these. In all cases, we recommend that clients and/or their relatives contact the relevant organizations directly for further information.

You'll be assigned a dedicated team of nurses who will support you throughout the entire process. This provides a sense of security and ensures that you don't have to start over from scratch every time.

Finances and Terms and Conditions
Before beginning service with a new client, we always hold an initial consultation with you and/or your family members. During this consultation, we assess your care needs, which serves as the basis for a future service agreement that includes scheduling and financial arrangements. Should your needs change, the agreement and the associated financial arrangements will be adjusted accordingly.
Depending on the extent of your care needs, a dedicated team of nurses will be assembled, all of whom must be approved by you before service begins. You will receive regularly updated schedules so you always know who is coming to your home and when. Please note that, as a general rule, we have a minimum duration of 3 hours per visit.

Patient Safety and Medical Record-Keeping
At Private Health, we are accredited by the Danish Patient Safety Authority, having achieved 100% compliance with all criteria during our review. To ensure patient safety and continuity of care, it is a legal requirement in Denmark for healthcare professionals to maintain medical records. The Danish Patient Safety Authority’s website contains the executive order setting forth the rules for healthcare documentation.
At Private Health, our care and support are documented in our medical record system, which was developed to systematically record the care staff’s interventions and workflows. All of our instructions, guidelines, and the medical record system have been approved without any reservations by the Danish Patient Safety Authority. The collected data is retained for 5 years in accordance with applicable legislation. Our nursing documentation is completed during scheduled home visits and is therefore included in the price.
