Package solutions for private physiotherapy
We are currently offering 2 packages for new clients. As always, presence, high professionalism and aesthetics in nursing are the framework for our programs. The package solution is for you or your loved one who needs constant support in everyday life and wants a safe and stable start to a good program.

Settlement must take place within 10 weeks.
Rehabilitation/physiotherapy
The package is for those who want physiotherapy or rehabilitation at home. The package includes 10 home visits incl. medical record and training program.
- Home consultation with a physiotherapist
- 1st visit of 75 min. Duration
- Recording of statutory medical records
- Preparation of training program according to wishes and needs
- 2nd to 10th visit of 45 min. duration
Prerequisites for the offer
- Physiotherapist visits are held on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday between 08:00 and 16:00.
- Physical therapy treatments must be completed within 10 weeks.
- The roster is set for the entire period. Changes to the roster can be made by mutual agreement.
- Prepayment is required.
- The package is personal and non-transferable.
- The offer is valid upon mutual signing of a client agreement.
- The offer requires that there is sufficient capacity of physiotherapists in the client's local area.
- Offer not valid on public holidays.
- Offer does not apply to existing clients.
Geographical delimitation - only applies in Greater Copenhagen
The offer only applies to clients with addresses in the following municipalities: Copenhagen, Frederiksberg, Gentofte, Gladsaxe, Lyngby-Taarbæk, Rudersdal, Hørsholm.

Delivery of the service cannot be guaranteed outside the geographical coverage. However, you are very welcome to contact us to hear about the possibilities in your area.

Nursing & Physiotherapy at home
The package is for those who want nursing care and rehabilitation at home.
- 30 hours of nursing care divided into individual shifts of min. 3 t.
- Home consultation with a nurse
- Record keeping and documentation
- 1 home visit by physiotherapist (rehabilitation, duration 75 min)
- 2 subsequent training sessions at home (duration 45 minutes each)
Prerequisites for the offer
- Minimum 3 hour shift per time
- Consultations are held on weekdays between 09:00 and 14:00
- Nursing services must be provided between 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
- Physiotherapy must take place between 9am and 5pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Settlement must be made within 60 days

- No refunds for unused hours

Recovery after surgery/hospitalization
Private Health collaborates with some of the country's most skilled outdoor physiotherapists. Together, we are ready to offer you help with rehabilitation after your surgery. As a newly operated patient, you will often be sent home 1-2 days after your surgery with a rehabilitation plan and an offer of municipal rehabilitation.
At Private Health, we believe that rehabilitation adapted to your familiar surroundings is the best starting point for a successful outcome. Our dedicated physiotherapists will visit you the day you are discharged and together you will review your existing rehabilitation plan and/or create a new one. Your private nurse will then help you perform the exercises, preferably several times a day.
Many clients need help with daily training for the first few weeks. Then a few times a week. The training takes place with a registered nurse at your home, in your familiar and safe surroundings. We think this is the best way to make your training as relevant as possible.

Newly operated
As a recent surgical patient, many may be unsure of what they are allowed to do when they return home from hospital. This can create uncertainty, and being alone can feel unsafe. Private Health adapts the nursing interventions based on your needs. Typically, after surgery, you will need help with personal care, mobilization, wound care, pain relief, dressing changes, support and care at night. Then for the removal of stitches/grafts.
Private Health supports you in the rehabilitation plan you have with you from discharge, or we prepare one in close collaboration with one of our skilled physiotherapists and always with the doctor in charge of treatment involved in the process. Together, we tailor a rehabilitation program that gives you the security and care you need in your new everyday life.
Back home again
Coming home after surgery can be difficult. Some patients experience pain and feel unsure about what painkillers to take, whether they are bleeding too much and more.
Private Health helps you plan your return home, and we are with you as much as you need. We will visit you a few days before your surgery and then on the day you return home from the hospital. We are also happy to act as an advisor during your discharge. In this way, we become your extra ears to make sure you get all the important information you need to take home.
In the first few days after surgery, you may be challenged and find it difficult to manage daily routines such as bathing, cooking, exercising, shopping and more. This is where we provide you with a permanent nurse. After a few weeks, the stitches/clips/grafts need to be removed, which we take care of at your home. This saves you a time-consuming trip to the hospital or GP.
Private Health cleans, washes, cares for and changes dressings. We help you with advice and guidance on mobilization and pain management in close collaboration with the treating physician. You decide whether you need the presence of a nurse for a few hours a day or around the clock. Our nurses continuously adapt to your needs.

Subsidies from insurance and pension companies
In special cases, we encourage clients to investigate the possibility of subsidies from Sygesikring Danmark, insurance and pension companies or other related health insurances.
In this connection, Private Health can inform you that in the event of terminal care, Sygesikring Danmark provides an amount of approximately DKK 12,000. In order to receive this benefit, various declarations must be obtained from the doctor/hospital. Private Health is happy to assist in obtaining these. In all cases, we recommend that clients and/or relatives contact the relevant organizations for further information.
