You will be assigned a permanent team of terminal care nurses who will accompany you throughout the entire process. This creates a sense of security and ensures that you do not have to start over every time.
Once everything is in place, the process starts slowly and smoothly. We adapt to your rhythm and needs and make sure you get the help and support you need.
Terminalerklæring: Når du eller en, du holder af, får en alvorlig diagnose, kan en læge udstede en terminalerklæring. Den giver dig mulighed for at få fri medicin og plejeorlov til dine pårørende. Vi hjælper dig med at få papirerne på plads og sørger for, at alt medicin er bestilt og klar til dig.
Hjælpemidler og medicin: Vi bestiller den medicin, lægen har ordineret, og sørger for at få den leveret hjem til dig. Du får også det udstyr, der skal til, for eksempel en hospitalsseng, en trykaflastende madras og de nødvendige artikler til at tage medicinen, så du får den rette støtte i hverdagen.
Indretning af værelset: Vi hjælper med at indrette det rum, hvor du ønsker at være. Fokus ligger på roligt lys, god lyd og en behagelig atmosfære. Vi prioriterer, at miljøet føles varmt og hjemligt uden at blive klinisk. Målet er, at du trives bedst muligt i dit eget rum.
Sygeplejerskens rolle: Vores sygeplejersker har ansvaret for hele forløbet og følger din tilstand tæt hver dag. De lindrer smerte og ubehag. Samtidig hjælper de med personlig pleje som bad, hårvask, mundhygiejne og påklædning, så du føler dig set og tryg.
Særlige behov: Allerede tidligt i forløbet taler vi om dine ønsker og behov, så vi kan planlægge ud fra dem. Vores vigtigste opgave er at være til stede og aflaste dig og dine nærmeste. På den måde kan du fokusere på det, der betyder mest for dig i tiden, der kommer.

In special cases, we encourage clients to investigate the possibility of subsidies from Sygesikring Danmark, insurance and pension companies or other related health insurances.
In this connection, Private Health can inform you that in the event of terminal care, Sygesikring Danmark provides an amount of approximately DKK 12,000. In order to receive this benefit, various declarations must be obtained from the doctor/hospital. Private Health is happy to assist in obtaining these. In all cases, we recommend that clients and/or relatives contact the relevant organizations for further information.
Over the past year, Private Health has provided outstanding care for our aging mother with nurses, personal assistants, and physical therapists. With deep professionalism and great human warmth, they have created security and comfort in her everyday life. In addition to all the health care, Private Health also ensures that the home is always kept tidy, that it is aired out, that there are fresh flowers on the table, and that meals are prepared with care and respect for our mother's wishes.
After falling and breaking her elbow earlier this year, they retrained her with determination, so that she is now stronger and more mobile than before. And perhaps even more importantly, they have rekindled her zest for life. Our mother now enjoys going for walks, visiting museums, and meeting up with friends—always with Private Health as her loving support.
