You will be assigned a permanent team of terminal care nurses who will accompany you throughout the entire process. This creates a sense of security and ensures that you do not have to start over every time.
Once everything is in place, the process starts slowly and smoothly. We adapt to your rhythm and needs and make sure you get the help and support you need.
Terminalerklæring: Når du eller din kære står i en alvorlig situation, sørger en læge for at udstede en terminalerklæring, som giver adgang til gratis medicin og plejeorlov for dine pårørende. Vi hjælper med at få papirerne på plads og sørger for, at al medicin er bestilt og leveret i rette tid.
Hjælpemidler og medicin: Vi sørger for at bestille og bringe den medicin, som lægen har ordineret. Samtidig stiller vi det nødvendige udstyr til rådighed, typisk en hospitalsseng, en trykaflastende madras og forskellige artikler, som gør det lettere at give medicin og pleje i hjemmet.
Indretning af værelset: Vi hjælper med at forberede det valgte rum, så det får en rolig og hyggelig atmosfære. Her tænker vi over blid belysning, lydniveau og stemning, så dit hjem ikke føles klinisk, men derimod fredfuldt og indbydende.
Sygeplejerskens rolle: Vores sygeplejersker tager det overordnede ansvar for din pleje hele døgnet rundt. De følger nøje med i din tilstand, lindrer smerter og ubehag og udfører direkte omsorg som bad, hårvask, mundpleje og påklædning.
Særlige behov: Allerede tidligt i forløbet taler vi med dig om dine unikke ønsker og behov. Vores vigtigste opgave er at være til stede og aflaste både dig og dine nærmeste, så I kan nyde tiden sammen uden bekymringer.

In special cases, we encourage clients to investigate the possibility of subsidies from Sygesikring Danmark, insurance and pension companies or other related health insurances.
In this connection, Private Health can inform you that in the event of terminal care, Sygesikring Danmark provides an amount of approximately DKK 12,000. In order to receive this benefit, various declarations must be obtained from the doctor/hospital. Private Health is happy to assist in obtaining these. In all cases, we recommend that clients and/or relatives contact the relevant organizations for further information.
Over the past year, Private Health has provided outstanding care for our aging mother with nurses, personal assistants, and physical therapists. With deep professionalism and great human warmth, they have created security and comfort in her everyday life. In addition to all the health care, Private Health also ensures that the home is always kept tidy, that it is aired out, that there are fresh flowers on the table, and that meals are prepared with care and respect for our mother's wishes.
After falling and breaking her elbow earlier this year, they retrained her with determination, so that she is now stronger and more mobile than before. And perhaps even more importantly, they have rekindled her zest for life. Our mother now enjoys going for walks, visiting museums, and meeting up with friends—always with Private Health as her loving support.
