At Private Health, we are approved by the Danish Patient Safety Authority with a 100% fulfillment of all points at review. To ensure patient safety and continuity of care, it is a legal requirement in Denmark that healthcare professionals keep records. On the Danish Patient Safety Authority's website, you can find the executive order on the rules for healthcare documentation.
At Private Health, our care is documented in our record system, developed to systematically collect the care staff's efforts and workflows. All our instructions, guidelines and record system have been approved without remarks by the Danish Patient Safety Authority.
